Return & Refund Policy
We have a 30-day policy on eligible items, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return or report an issue.
Please note: As a floral and gifting brand, fresh flowers and perishable arrangements are final sale and cannot be returned due to their nature. However, if your order arrives damaged, wilted, or incorrect, we will make it right — please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
To be eligible for a return (on non-perishable items such as gift box accessories, vessels, or add-ons), your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages & Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if any item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and make it right. For fresh florals, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the arrangement.
How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at contact.petalandnoir@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items The following cannot be returned: fresh flowers and perishable arrangements, custom or personalized bouquets, sale items, and gift cards. Please get in touch if you have questions about your specific item.
Exchanges The fastest way to get what you want is to return the eligible item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union — 14-Day Cooling Off Period If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return eligible (non-perishable) items within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be unused, with tags, and in its original packaging, along with proof of purchase.
Refunds We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.
